We offer courses within 4 major areas consisting of Math, Science & Technology, History and Language. There are a number of electives that can enhance and prepare students for a lifelong love of learning such as debate, Lego Robotics and even Marine Biology. These classes and clubs are designed to offer students what many parents may be unable to provide including Labs in both chemistry and biology as well as mock trials, challenging debates and opportunities to learn foreign languages with fluent instructors.
Mr. Freitag recommends starting math at the Resource Center as early as 6th grade. Courses begin with Math 6 to develop strong problem-solving skills. Fundamentals in Math continues this strong foundation that will lead to success in the upper level classes. Additional courses include Pre-Algebra all the way up to Pre-Calculus with an option for honors.
Foreign languages can be the most challenging for students to grasp. HSRC is prepared to offer these hard to master courses in French and Spanish as well as the many English courses that students will need to graduate. Middle school English in addition to various literature courses will prepare students for all of that writing in college!
Science & Technology
High school students need lab sciences. Mrs. Freitag has created an exciting biology curriculum encompassing Life Science, Honors Biology and Marine Biology. Dr. Hartman provides excellent instruction in Chemisry and Mr. Feitag covers Physical Science and Physics.....and Yes! All of these courses include Labs!
Students will be encouraged to develop analytical skills to examine the elemental structure of history in both World and American History paying attention to the role of Christianity in its development.
"The Home School Resource Center is a near perfect union of a quality education in the framework of a Christian worldview. At affordable prices, this center provides each family with the benefits of a Christian school, without the loss of the liberties and blessings of a homeschooling environment."

We are in the midst of our 20th year of ministry. For nearly 20 years we have been helping homeschool families in a variety of subjects. We offer Math, English, Science, History and Foreign Languages to middle school and high school students. We are always happy to have prospective students and their parents tour our facility and sit in on a class or two.
